Join us on the Battle of Hastings day and learn about the Stade area of the Old Town and the fishing fleet that can be dated back as far as 1066!!

Join our volunteer guides for a guided walk of the Stade and explore the history of our unique fishing community.

The Walk takes a maximum of one and a half hours and is free but donations are appreciated to support the continuing work of the Fishermans Museum. Max 15 people – Walks for groups / schools can be arranged through the museum or by contacting us by using the contact form on this website. Please meet outside the Museum (inside if it’s raining)
